RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The client has the right to return the goods within a maximum of 14 days from shipment. Hebe Studio will be happy to offer a full refund for the items we sell on our website, on the condition that the product is returned in perfect and un-used condition, with tag attached, and in its own packaging. 5 euros for shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

If the size or the fit is wrong, we will offer a refund or exchange your suit in the right size if available, on the condition that the original product returns in perfect and un-used condition, with tag attached, and in its own packaging.

In order to effect the return, the client can attach the pre-filled waybill on the original box, and contact our customer service at the address customercare@hebe-studio.com to organize pick up. The client must:

  • Identify him/herself
  • Provide the order number
  • Specify the product that will be returned
  • Describe the reason for the exchange or refund
  • In the event of an exchange, the product with which substitution is requested.

 Once this information has been provided, the client will receive a confirmation e-mail.

We will then proceed to organize the pick up of the courier, where the client will communicate the preferred time and date of pick up. Our couriers operate on weekdays and will need a 3 hour window.

THE PRE FILLED WAYBILL IS VALID FOR EU SHIPMENTS ONLY, FOR EXTRA EU PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WE WILL SEND YOU THE WAYBILL TO PRINT AND ATTACH TO THE BOX

Please note: You will be able to exchange your order with the same style in another size or color, you are not able to exchange with a different style or in another fabric if price from original order is different. To order another item that has a different price from original order you will have to wait for refund and purchase again.

IT IS ONLY POSSIBLE TO EFFECT ONE EXCHANGE PER ORDER.

Hebe is not responsible for any theft or loss during shipment.

The refund method can be chosen by the client, by either exchanging products on the website www.hebe-studio.com or via refund of credit. Refund timings vary on the basis of the method of payment chosen, and on inter-bank circuits:

Credit Cards: We shall effect a refund within 7 working days from the e-mail “Confirmation Acceptance of Return”. The timing by which the refund will be seen on the client’s account depends on the Institution which emits the card

CUSTOMIZED ITEMS

Shipment costs for the return of the product are free worldwide.
