HOW DO I ADD ITEMS TO MY BAG AND COMPLETE AN ORDER ONLINE?

To add an item to your bag simply choose the size and quantity of the desired item and click the 'Add to Bag' button on the product page. To view your shopping bag click on the bag icon on the top right of your screen. 

Once you are in your shopping bag you can review your chosen items at any time by clicking on the product. To remove any items you no longer wish to purchase simply click on 'remove item from shopping bag'. You can continue shopping and add additional items to your bag, all will be saved.

When you are happy with the items in your shopping bag, you can proceed to check-out by clicking on the 'check-out’ button. To complete the order without logging in to  your account you will be asked to provide your contact, shipping and payment details. Once all payment information is inserted simply click on 'Pay Now' and the purchase will be finalised. You will receive an email confirming your purchase along with further details about your order.

 

HOW DO I ADD ITEMS TO MY WISHLIST?

To store your favourite items in your Wishlist, simply click the ‘Add To Wishlist’ button from the product page.  You can go back and view your Wishlist at any time by clicking on the 'heart' icon at the top right of your screen. To remove items from your wishlist, click on 'remove item from my wishlist'. If you wish to purchase an item from your wishlist click on the 'Add to Bag' button and proceed to complete your order.

 

WHAT IS 'MY ACCOUNT'?

You can choose to create an account where you can register details such as address information, which will be pre-filled from the stored information during checkout.  In 'My Account' you will find details on any current orders and you can  find your history of orders. 

 

CAN I SEND A GIFT TO SOMEONE?

Yes, the process is the same as shopping for yourself. If you are logged into your account simply choose 'add shipping address' and insert the gift recipient’s address and details. If you proceed to checkout without logging in, insert the gift recipient’s address and details in the shipping information page.

 

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I AM?

You can use our Size Chart as a guide. Our sizes are all standard Italian sizes.  For further information on our sizing and measurements please contact our customer care service customercare@hebe-studio.com

 

IF AN ITEM IS SOLD IN MY SIZE WILL IT BE BACK IN STOCK?

If an item is unavailable in your size you can choose to be notified by email when your size will be back in stock. Just insert your email in the pop-up and as soon as your size will be available again you will receive an email from Hebe Studio. Please note all stock displayed online is in stock and available to purchase, unless the item is labelled ‘SOLD OUT’.  Contact our customer care team via email on customercare@hebe-studio.com for any additional questions regarding sold out items.

 

WHAT CARDS/PAYMENT OPTIONS DOES HEBE STUDIO ACCEPT?

We accept payments via Shopify or Paypal through major credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard, Maestro and AMEX. Your card will be debited at the time of order confirmation. Please note the transaction will appear on your statement as Hebe Srl. We also accept three installments payments with Klarna https://www.klarna.com/

 

WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU USE?

All prices online are displayed in Euros and can be converted into English Pounds and American Dollars inclusive of vat.

 

DO ITEMS GO ON SALE?

We have seasonal sales, as well as special promotions. Make sure to subscribe to our newsletter to receive information.

 

DO THE ITEMS FIT TRUE TO SIZE? 

Yes, all of our blazers and pants are standard Italian sizes. Some products are intentionally oversized, this will be noted in the product description.

 

HOW DO I NEED TO RETURN MY ITEM?

Items returned must be in perfect condition with the tag still attached to be able to receive a full refund. When we receive your returned item, we will check for  any rips, marks or if the item has been used. For information on how to return your item please check the our Returns & Refunds page.

 

HOW DO I WASH MY ITEM?

All Hebe Studio pants and blazers need to be dry cleaned only. 

 

WHAT IF WE LOSE A BUTTON?

Your blazer and pants will come with an extra button. You will find this in a sachet attached to the tag.
