COOKIE POLICY

The Site uses “Cookies”: text files that are sent from a web server (that is the computer on which the web-site is being visited on) to the browser of the user (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, etc.), and are memorised in the user’s PC’s hard disk, when the site is visited. The cookies allow the Site to identify the user’s PC, via the information memorised in it, every time the user re-connects to the Site with that PC.

Through the use of cookies it is possible to facilitate the user’s browsing on the Site. Cookies do not collect information which can directly identify the user. Hebe Studio cannot gain any personal information which identifies the user (such as name and surname) from the cookies, if this has not been provided directly by the user. Furthermore, another web-site cannot use a cookie released by the Site to access other information contained in the computer of the user. A cookie can be read only by the website it was created by, once it has been saved in the computer. If the user doesn’t accept the usage of cookies it will be not possible to proceed to the purchase of any Hebe items.

What type of cookies does Hebe use?

Temporary cookies

These are known as “session cookies” and are released by the Site on the computer of the user during browsing, but are memorised only for the length of the browsing session. This means that, when the user closes his/her browser, the cookies are automatically cancelled and disappear, without remaining on the computer. They are formed by causally generated numbers, and are required to allow the safe and efficient navigation of the Site.

Through the use of these cookies, it is possible to facilitate the user’s browsing of the Site, for example by remembering the data provided by the user in filling in the forms on the Site (so-called user “input cookies”), to recognise the user after he/she has effected the Site’s log-in (known as “cookies for authentication”), to personalise the interface of the website, on the basis of the preferences indicated by the user, etc. For these cookies is required the user’s prior express consent (art. 32 of the GDPR).
Permanent Cookies
These are the cookies that are released by the Site on the user’s computer during browsing, but are memorised for use for after the duration of the browsing session, until their expiry or until the cancellation by the user. The use of these cookies requires the express and informed consent of the user (under art. 122, paragraph 1, of the Privacy Code as amended by the D. Lgs. 101/2018 and art. 32 of the GDPR). The user automatically provides his/her own specific consent to the use of cookies, by accessing the Home Page of Site www.hebe-studio.com having regard to the information banner related to cookies present and having seen the informative note provided. It is furthermore considered valid consent on behalf of the user to have configured his/her own internet browser (for example, Explorer, Firefox, Chrome), to accept the use of cookies (under art. 122, paragraph 2, of the Privacy Code as amended by the D. Lgs. 101/2018).
