HOW CAN I ADD ITEMS TO MY CART AND COMPLETE AN ONLINE ORDER?
To add an item to your cart, simply choose the color, size, and quantity you want and click the “Add to Cart” button on the product page.
To view your cart, click the bag icon at the top right of the page.
Once in your cart, you can review your selected items at any time by clicking on the product. To remove an item you no longer wish to purchase, click "Remove from Cart." You can continue browsing the site and add more items: all products will remain saved in your cart.
Once you're satisfied with the items in your cart, you can proceed to checkout by clicking "Checkout." To complete your order without logging in to your account, you'll be asked to enter your contact, shipping, and payment information.
Once you've entered all your payment information, click "Pay Now" to finalize your purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with all your order details.
HOW CAN I ADD ITEMS TO MY WISHLIST?
To save your favorite items to your Wishlist, simply click the “Add to Wishlist” button on the product page.
You can view your Wishlist at any time by clicking the heart icon at the top right of the page.
To remove an item from your Wishlist, click "Remove from Wishlist." If you wish to purchase it, click "Add to Cart" and proceed with your order.
WHAT IS “MY ACCOUNT”?
You can create an account where you can save your details, such as your shipping address, which will be automatically filled in during checkout.
In the My Account section, you will find the details of your current orders and can access your order history.
CAN I SEND A GIFT TO SOMEONE?
Yes, the procedure is the same as a normal purchase.
If you are logged in to your account, choose “Add Shipping Address” and enter the address and information of the gift recipient.
If you proceed to checkout without logging in, enter the recipient's address directly on the shipping information page.
HOW CAN I KNOW MY SIZE?
You can use our size guide as a guide. Our sizes follow the Italian standard.

DO THE GARMENTS FIT THE CORRECTLY?
Yes, all our blazers and trousers follow standard Italian sizes .
Some products are intentionally designed with an oversized fit , which will be clearly stated in the product description.
IF A SIZE IS SOLD OUT, WILL IT BE AVAILABLE AGAIN?
If an item is not available in your size, you can choose to receive an email notification when it becomes available again.
Simply enter your email address in the pop-up and, as soon as your size becomes available again, you will receive a notification from Hebe Studio.
All items visible online are available for purchase unless marked “Sold Out” .

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES HEBE STUDIO ACCEPT?
We accept payments via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay , and major credit cards, including:

Your card will be charged upon order confirmation. The transaction will appear on your statement as Hebe Srl .

ARE THERE CUSTOMS DUTIES IN NON-EU COUNTRIES?
Yes, for shipments outside the European Union, customs duties and taxes may apply, which are paid by the recipient. The amount is set by the destination country's customs authorities and depends on the type and quantity of the goods; it is not determined by our company .
IN WHICH CURRENCY ARE PRICES EXPRESSED?
All online prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT .
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends) and then handed over to the courier. Delivery times to Italy generally vary between 2 and 3 business days. depending on the destination.
Orders shipped to the rest of the European Union, the USA, and Canada take approximately 2-5 business days from the date of shipment. Orders shipped to the rest of the world take approximately 4-7 business days from the date of shipment.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE ADDRESS ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?
You can request a change within a few hours of order confirmation if your order hasn't shipped yet . Contact our Customer Service team , available from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
WHICH COURIER IS USED?
We use DHL for both Italy and EU/Extra EEC countries
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
For orders under €400, the cost is automatically calculated during checkout, after you select the destination country and before payment.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Italy. Each order is carefully prepared to arrive in the best possible condition.

HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?
Returned items must be in perfect condition and with the original tags still attached to receive a full refund.

To initiate the return, you must enter the order number (indicated in the confirmation email) and the email address used at the time of purchase.
The system will guide you step by step through completing the application.
During the procedure you will be able to choose between:

Once your request is complete, you will receive all the return instructions.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be returned in their original condition.
Upon return, the goods will be inspected by our Quality Control team . The company reserves the right to refuse the return if the indicated conditions are not met.
You will be refunded the full amount of your order, including any shipping charges. The only cost you will incur is the cost of picking up the package from your home. This cost will be deducted directly from the refunded amount.
If you placed an order from a non-EU country, an additional €15 will be deducted from the refunded amount.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on the bank or payment method used, but it usually occurs within 7 days of the refund being issued .
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed.
HOW SHOULD I WASH MY GARMENT?
All Hebe Studio trousers and blazers must be dry cleaned only .
We invite you to always follow the washing instructions on the garment label .
WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE A BUTTON?
Your blazer or trousers include a spare button , which you will find in a small bag attached to the garment tag.
