SHIPPING

Hebe Studio ships worldwide from our offices in Milan, Italy, via DHL Express.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that allows you to monitor the delivery status online. If you have a registered account, you can also track your order by accessing the My Account section and selecting Order Status.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends) and then handed over to the courier. Delivery times within Italy generally range between 2 and 3 business days, depending on the destination.

Orders shipped to the rest of the European Union, the USA, and Canada usually take 2–5 business days from the shipping date.

Orders shipped to the rest of the world generally require 4–7 business days from the shipping date.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international shipments outside the European Union, orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees once they arrive in the destination country.

These charges are determined by the customs authority of the destination country and must be paid by the recipient. Hebe Studio has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

International shipments may also be subject to customs clearance procedures, which could cause delays beyond the estimated delivery times.

By placing an order on Hebe Studio, you are considered the official importer of the goods and are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the country where you receive the merchandise.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is free for all orders starting from €400.

For orders below €400, the shipping cost is calculated automatically during checkout, after selecting the destination country and before payment.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Italy. Each order is carefully prepared to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition.

CAN I CHANGE THE ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

You may request an address change within a few hours after the order confirmation, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
